Located on the corner of John R. & Erskine in Brush Park, is the Patterson Terrace.
It is in my opinion a very nice looking structure, and it has spent the last few years boarded up.
I suppose that Gentrification needs to creep a little more to the North before this one becomes condos.
Hopefully it ends up restored too.
