Photo Du Jour – January 11, 2006 – Patterson Terrace

Located on the corner of John R. & Erskine in Brush Park, is the Patterson Terrace.

It is in my opinion a very nice looking structure, and it has spent the last few years boarded up.

I suppose that Gentrification needs to creep a little more to the North before this one becomes condos.

Hopefully it ends up restored too.
