Hiram Walker died in 1899. It only took 27 years to come up with this proposal?
Probably for the best that this wasn't built. The image has it DIRECTLY in front of the Library at Willistead Manor - the finest piece of architecture Windsor has to offer. It would be a shame to have this structure blocking the Manor House .. though a nice idea, perhaps it would've been better suited elsewhere.
