i remember the old inverted ice cream cone in front of the post office oddly enough the 2 twisty treat ice cream stands in the city had the same style of building it's too bad they couldn't have somehow sved that old ice cream stand on sandwich something like that in dieppe park or another location in the city would have been really something these days

I thought the cone was to protect the fountain in the winter months.
I visited a fellow student who lived in this building back in 2003. There was a floorplan in the basement so that current tenants could see "where they lived". My friend was in a police office that actually maintained a cell. Very interesting building.
