Today’s photo is marked “St. Paul’s Mission, Windsor” and dated January 21, 1925.
I can’t find much on this church. There is no listing in the 1924 directory for a St. Paul’s.
Locally there is a Catholic St. Paul’s in LaSalle, on Pillette a St. Paul’s United and in Essex a St. Paul’s Anglican.
I suspect that the Pillette location is most likely. As I know the church began life as a mission of All Saints. However their website indicates it wasn’t known as St. Paul’s until 1929.
Anyone out there a member of any of these churches?

I thought at first it looked like the church on the corner of Foster and Byng, but the photos are similar but don't quite match up.
Perhaps it was the forerunner to the Pillete location, the brick chimney at the rear looks a little out of place, it could be afar from Aida C Richards School on Arthur.
I think the sign behind the mission says something about a diamond watch, could be the side of a jewelry store,or just a billboard
In the mid-1950s I used to drive a Reverend Frank Watts to a similar-looking church in Remington Park (he didn't have a car or a driver's license and lived downtown on Pelissier St.) -- can't recall the name of the mission/church.
Anything in a more recent city directory?
Don't know if there is any connection to this photo, but the following is an excerpt from page 2 of the July 18, 1925 edition of the Border Cities Star:
"An event which promises to be an exceptionally interesting one is the garden party which is being given by the ladies' of St. Paul's church, corner of Victoria avenue and Tecumseh road, mission of All Saints' Church, on July 29..."

Were you thinking of the Remington Park Tabernacle, corner of Remington Ave and Charles Street? It is similar but I don't think it could be the same place unless it has sunk into the ground some since 1925.
I agree. I also think it looks like the old "(Remington) Booster Club" building, now Remington Park Community Centre on Lillian.
Look at the foundation. 4 feet above ground, brick with full length windows.Nothing like it in Remington Park.In fact the foundation looks more substantial than the building on top of it.
Reminds me very much of the old church on the corner of Howard and Irvine. I'll have to drive by to compare. I agree with Joe that the substantial foundation height is very unusual.
Howard and Irvine looks very similar.
