I recently came across this plan from 1929 for the Giles Boulevard Christian Church. It was planned for the north east corner of Giles & Goyeau, where a much smaller Christian Church can be found. I would only imagine that the depression put an end to this plan. It was designed by Cameron & Ralston, who were at the peak of their career in 1929 following their Kennedy Collegiate project. The front Gothic arched entry shares similarities with Kennedy. It’s a shame this one never got built. It was a unique design and would have been an interesting addition to the city.
