Hotel Moore – Kingsville – 1937

Formerly and once again the King’s Hotel. Located on Main Street in Kingsville, this one is an IM anomaly as it’s still standing and has been restored back to the appearance above.

Have a great weekend everyone, see you back here Monday.

  • Kingsville is one of several communities out in the county that does a nice job keeping their town centre's older buildings reasonably in-tact.

  • A gorgeous building. I always stare at it if I drive by (and the road a little too if I'm driving).
To look at it and think of it as a hotel/saloon in the 1880s (like it was), is spectacular.

  • Easy John. They also allowed that ugly mexican looking jail right on the corner of Main and Division. But you are right in that they haven't levelled buildings for empty lots like Windsor allows.
