A few weeks ago at the end of April the sold sign went up on the Low-Martin house on Ontario and Devonshire. I had been meaning to post about it for a while, and it was actually finally scheduled to be posted this past Friday. When I got the email about the photos of the Ford Plant demolition gallery show, I replaced this post with that one and pushed it off to Monday.
I was going to ask what anyone knew about the sale, but the new owner had a news event, and the answer to all of the questions I was going to ask, appeared in the traditional media.
I wish the new owner the best of luck. This is a beautiful house, and is truly a labour of love. A big thanks needs to go out to Frank Vella, the departing owner, as without his intervention and having the roof replaced, this house may not have survived to today.
