Located at 561 Louis, just north of Wyandotte St., you’ll find the C. Adam Apartments. Through the 1920’s a huge building boom erupted, and these great old apartment buildings sprung up all over Windsor.

The C Adam is no exception. A rarity in this day and age, it appears that the building has survived with the original leaded glass front door intact. No small feat considering the decline of the surrounding area and I’m sure with the quality of tenants as the neighbourhood hit rock bottom in the 1970’s.
