Changes…

So as you can see, I made a few minor cosmetic changes to the site today…

This new look features random pictures in the header, the ability to search by catergory, and easier search.

Good, bad, ugly?

Comment away on the change.

  • I liked this theme a while back, but found it hard to put in the time with the posts. Time is critical on my site. I always have to put the time code into the pages, but with some themes it never seems to work. I think that's why I didn't use this one.

I don't like my sites look much though. But it's a matter of things just working, over style for me. Hard to find a look that has it all. :)

  • I'm not sure. I didn't have any trouble with the old format, but I'm having a bit of trouble navigating this one, and I definately don't like scrolling left to right to see the pictures. But then again, I'm getting old, and a sign of getting older is a resistance to change.....

  • For the life of me I cannot find a "Previous Page" link. On the previous style there was one at the bottom, which made it convenient if I missed a week and needed to go back in the posts.

  • OK, based on more problems than good feedback, I've reverted back to the old style.

Several longtime readers experienced some fomatting errors, and the fuctionality issues that scooter mentionned prompted the switch back.

I suppose, if it ain't broke...
