From John comes today’s great postcard, one I have never seen before:
Don’t forget (or maybe this is the first notice) but there’s going to be an exhibition at the Art Gallery of Windsor this Fall tracing the past of Windsor’s streetcar era. With the colloaboration of John, Bernie, Ron Drouillard and Chris Holt at Scaledown, this is going to be a great show…
Don’t worry I’m sure you’ll hear more about it as the date draws near… 😉
I am looking forward to attending the exhibition. I have seen this postcard or similar depiction published in historical documentaries and/or newspapers. It is remarkable that there is no visible stucco!!
It is unfortunate that more is not done to commemorate the contributions that railways and streetcars made to society.
This is cool, as will be the exhibition at the art gallery featuring Windsor’s streetcar history! I will attend this one for sure!
P.S. Why’d you take down comments regarding the Forest Glade Stucco Fiasco? Were you tired of getting ripped a new one? Your apology to Davia seemed…contrived. To say the least. Davia ripped you a new one, AND threatened to sue, didn’t they? 😉
