A view here looking east along Wyandotte Street East from the intersection with Lincoln Road. Given the angle and the height, I suspect this one was taken from the upper floor or even the roof of the Walkerville Theatre. That block on the south side of the street between Lincoln and Windermere has some mighty handsome structures on it. It’s a shame that they were almost all altered beyond recognition.
Wishing a very happy new year to all my readers new and old. All the best to you for 2023! Thanks for reading, you make this all worthwhile with the comments and enjoyment it brings.

Sad to see what 'modernization' has done to the character of this once charming neighborhood, This is not unique to Windsor and can be seen across the County and beyond. More effort must be made in preserving the character... the heart and soul of communities.
