Windsor Avenue Looking North – c. 1914

A neat old postcard view looking north towards the river from the old City Hall. On the right hand side is All Saints Church and Rectory, back when the church was on the corner Windsor Avenue and what is today known as University Avenue. Windsor Avenue is long filled in and today, only runs south from the rear of City Hall.
