Roughly from where was this picture taken?
That church spire must be the original Notre-Dam-du-Lac Church?
Nice looking sailing ship coming down the river too! (Three masts it looks like)
Seems like a rare view of pre-1900 Windsor. Nice.
What was the location/address of the fire hall?
What would be the closest intersection from which this picture was taken?
It looks like the station was on the west side of Walker Road near Riverside Drive E. At least it was there in 1913 when the horse drawn rigs were replaced with motorized vehicles.

Also from SWODA http://swoda.uwindsor.ca/swoda/node/805 which indicates that in 1913, the station was located at 255 Walker Road. The numbering may have changed since that date.
Two sources, Vernons city directory shows it was across the street from the police station on Walker rd. north of the CN rail tracks
