This view looking west from what is today known as the Canadian Club Brand Centre, shows some of the long lost distillery buildings. The white grain silos today sit to the rear of the taller building. Perhaps an earlier version? You can also see a bit of the Walkerville – Detroit ferry at the foot of Devonshire as well.

Are you sure that’s the Ferry, or is that the infamous “Dock 57?” When I went on the tour they said that the new Dock 57 Spiced Whiskey was named after an actual dock, that was right in the area that this one is.
I think Dock 57 was an actual business dock, while the ferry was for civilian passengers.
That is a ferry boat in the pic though, so I would assume it is at its ‘berth’
