Local Landmark Gone

After only a little more than a decade in service, the giant neon “CASINO” sign on the front of Casino Windsor is being removed.

As part of the massive renovations at the Casino the sign is being removed, and the space behind that was once the atrium , is being converted into a lounge (you can see the new windows that have been installed). The main entrance on Riverside Dr. is also scheduled to be removed. A new entrance is going to be erected on the west side of the existing building between the old and new sections.
