From the Border Cities Star – February 1, 1929
Changes in the skyline of downtown Windsor are reflected in the towering new Metropolitan Building, now nearing completion on West London Street. Photo shows the 10-storey business block in the hands of bricklayers, who are enclosing the reinforced concrete structure with a steadily rising layer of face brick of a light buff color. Back of the building can be seen its sister-block, the Security Building, which marked a new departure in office building accommodation, when it was completed and placed into service last year; while behind the Security Building is the six-storey Bartlet block, erected three years ago. The Metropolitan Building is one and half times again as large as its sister structure, and will be equipped with three express passenger elevators to the upper offices.

for some unknown reason all three buildings mentioned survive to this day
What is the current use of these 3 buildings? Are they all office buildings still? I thought the Metropolitan building was being converted to condos at some point?
