Ford City Bathing Beach – c 1930

1020

Over the weekend, I found another shot of what was by then called the East Windsor Bathing Beach. Ford City was renamed East Windsor in 1929, with the arrival of the large Chrysler Factory at Drouillard & Tecumseh.

A neat photo you can see the way it was built up to give a contained Pool Type look to the bathing area.

Hope everyone had a great weekend.
