    Above is shown the Ontario Government Information Centre at the Detroit-Windsor vehicle tunnel. The reception centre is directly opposite the tunnel exit. second (sic) one is at the exit of the Ambassador Bridge. The port of Windsor is Canada’s largest port of entry for American visitors to Canada.Ontario Government Travel and Publicity Department maintain a highly trained staff, under the supervision of Mr. R. L. Henry at their reception centres who have the travel information you want, right at thier finger-tips, to assist out-of-town visitors… to add to your comfort and enjoyment on your Canadian trip.

  • Perhaps the soon-to-be vacant Bistro on the River building could be turned into a Seasonal Tourist office, and coffee shop/snackbar?

  • they should convert the lot in front of the bistro into a skating rink, that would bring some good winter business down there.

  • Turn the parking lot into a skating rink, where will people park? Convert parkland to parking, not a good idea.
    Convert to tourist office who could find it? Get some one to operate on seasonal bassis like the refreshment stand at Pillette Dock.
