There are some nicer small homes in that area and the area is very well kept.
The windows and siding wouldn't have been my choice but it's still a gem. I love the roofline. And such pride of ownership. A nice 'good news' story.

Just wondering if this "new" subdivision were to be built today - would we call it sprawl? Our forefathers saw and probably thought a growing city which was a good thing then.
