2072 Iroquois St

Just south of Ottawa Street is a small subdivision that sprung up at the end of WWI. Along Iroquois and Dacotah are a vast mix of interesting houses. The house above at 2072 Iroquois, isn’t all that different from when it was built, as the builder’s ad below shows.

  • The windows and siding wouldn't have been my choice but it's still a gem. I love the roofline. And such pride of ownership. A nice 'good news' story.

  • There are definitely some pretty and unique houses in this neighbourhood. Thanks for covering it.

  • Just wondering if this "new" subdivision were to be built today - would we call it sprawl? Our forefathers saw and probably thought a growing city which was a good thing then.
