New Bus Terminal – Part III

A panoramic shot of the new Bus Terminal.

They sure have come a long way over the last 5 months.

The bus bays behind the new terminal.

The new main terminal.

Some real dumb Urban planning took place here. With the vacant lands to the west slated for the “proposed” Urban Village, and a parking garage to the east, why would you have the buses load to the west of the terminal?

So if they ever build the Urban Village (which I doubt, knowing the track record of the McMansion Mayor), some lucky residents of a 250-300k townhouse are going to have a bus station with idling buses in their front yard.

Great job on that one, someone really dropped the ball!
