Well I've noticed that chinese food always seems to taste the same no matter where you get it from. Like it's all made in the same kitchen and then couriered via underground tunnels to the various chinese restaurants in big cities. I would guess an egg roll here tastes the same as an egg roll at, say, Chinee Villa.
