From December 1964, an ad above for the Seaway Towers on Riverside Drive in the town of Riverside. At 12 stories, it was one of the first high rise apartments built along the waterfront in Riverside. I love the architect’s rendering with the big old car cruising up to it. View Larger Map The building is situated on the site on an angle to maximize the amount of units with waterfront views.
