On Wyandotte St. in Walkerville, you will find one of the most ambitious adaptive reuse projects in Windsor. The building is a former whiskey warehouse for Hiram Walker, it was built in 1950 by Smith, Hinchman & Grylls and is basically a brick box, with massive two story floors.
