Does anyone out there have any stories about this place? It was on the corner of Lesperence & Riverside on the southeast corner. There was a fire in the early 1920’s, but the place kept going, before a fire burned it to the ground in the mid 1930’s (1935-36).

So this location was on the Windsor – Tecumseh Railway (streetcar)… interesting! You can just imagine folks hopping on the streetcar for an evening of dancing. Andrew, I believe it is Lesperance and not Lesperence.
Glad to see some history on this area! Lesperance Rd. in general. Would love to see more pictures and history on this streetcar route and Chippewa Park on the lake!
My Mom often talked of dancing the night away at the pavillion. She also mentioned there was one in Belle River she would also go to
