Great news! We beat Windsoreats.com!
Bad news, we still came in second. 🙂
Congratulations to Knitnut.net, who took home 1st place in the Best Local Blog (as well as best personal blog too…) Category.
Second place in all of Canada two years running isn’t too shabby. Thanks everyone for your support.
Congratulations goes out to all the other local finalists and winners as well!

Bah! You may have won the battle, but, you haven't won the war! lol
congrats on a well deserved second place!
And you on your third ;)
Congrats to all. Regardless of the vote count, Windsor rocks as a blogging community. !
congrats andrew!
You got beat out by a blog serving a greater population of 1 million. We have to remember that. These awards are decided by total votes. The fact Windsor blogs continually win top spots in competition with much bigger city blogs in the running says that much more. Congrats Andrew and everyone else in the Windsor blogosphere. We may be a smaller community but a stronger one.
Congrats!
Congratulations Andrew! Windsor does have a great blogging community and I for one appreciate it.
Congratulations on 2nd place. Because of the Awards I found your blog. Great local blog!
Just read the news about the Royal Tavern's future. Kind of sad. I spent a few nights in there in my younger years.
Keep up the good work!
