For whatever reason, I hadn’t noticed this newish sculputre of Herb Gray in Dieppe Park until the other day.
Afternearly 40 years in service, I can’t think of a single thing that Herb did to benefit Windsor. Sad.

Hey! Give credit where credits due: he gave 8 million to the Capital Theatre and, oh yah, some more money to a stamping company, or was it that meat packing company? All of which have gone south.( I felt there should be more said here. After all it was Chretien who did 40 years and he booted Herb at his 39th.)
