I found this information on the internet: "...the southwest corner of Jefferson and Mt. Elliott Avenues, with a frontage of two hundred and seventy-four feet on Jefferson Avenue..."
They even have a sketch of the hospital which matches the photograph you posted. The Public Health Service Website says the hospital was closed converted to a clinic in 1969 and closed in 1981, although I suspect it wasn't the original building.

Correction, the Hospital converted to a clinic, but by the time it closed, it had been moved to another location further to the East, near Harbor Island.
