Late of the archives of the F.H.A. is this home designed and built in 1939. Located on lot 271 on State Fair Ave. E., I’m not sure how to go about cross referencing lot numbers to street addresses. So I’m not sure if this one is still around or not. Designed by architect Charles F. Graulich in 1939. A search of my books lists no entry for Graulich. Anyone know anything about this…
